An ongoing relationship with the client often enables us to address issues and provide advice to managers that assists them in understanding the legal landscape and acting in accordance with the applicable statutes and regulations.

The firm also represents individual employees who have claims arising out of their employment. In some instances, cases are resolved through mediation or other informal procedures. In other instances, litigation is necessary to provide the employee with a full remedy.
